If I could give no stars I would. I had a really bad experience with the Hygienist called Ms Alexandrosie. I had told her of my pain and anxiety level when it comes to my teeth, to be very careful, as I had bad experiences when I was a child. She had no consideration for my concerns. She said in a really patronising voice I am going it carefully. The lady had no bedside manner. Super rude to me. So I didn't want her to continue my treatment, so I walk out of the room. She may have experience in being a hyiegest but she needs to trained in customer service and how to communicate to patients in a warm and friendly manner. I came out very disappointed. I told the receptionist, she was very accommodating and booked me in with another hyiegest. I am really having second thoughts of going back even though I have paid a deposit for my treatment. I mostly won't go back, I will have to find another dentest. Very very disappointed.
