I've been a tenant with Theori for sometime now and I must say their service is good. Whenever I call, the staff in the office go above and beyond what I'd expect and no matter how little a problem I have they always manage to find a solution. Just want to say thank you for the last issue you've sorted out for me today! Thank you guys

Their company email does not work. If you do not wish to phone up an emailing option to email documents should be put in place yet there email address does not work at all unfortunate

I contacted Theori to tell them one of tenants was taking drugs and involved in anti-social behaviour. They didn't help at all just said they would let the landlord know. Also They said I should call the police!. I am sure the woman at Theori would feel differently, if it was her or her family who faced these problems. They don't have to live with the fear. Theori lease properties from private landlord and then dump problem tenants.If you are a landlord, don't use this company.Absolutely horrific housing agency. When calling to report a repair, they have 0 compassion and understanding, have the worst attitude and are absolutely useless.Horrible horrible company they should be reported and shut down. How they get away with treating people like this is beyond me. The people who answer their phone line all need retraining and to be taught basic manners and compassion. Never seem to call you back with an issue you have raised with them you have to keep chasing them up and bugging them for an answer or a solution to your issue you may have.Will never used them again and don't recommend them to anyone who wants a nice good home.Stay away and careful with these people as they will make your time in your home hell.

I am honestly disgusted by this "housing management"!! The women I talk to on the phone are EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I have rotting floor boards because of a leak that they have no interest in even looking at, I can't keep my children, aged 2 and 4, warm this winter due to the single glazed, rotting, falling apart, wooden windows we have throughout the flat, I cried on the phone to a woman as I explained this and her words were "well I'm not sure what you want me to do about that" in such a spiteful, uncaring tone I was left devastated. Our cooker broke earlier in the year and we were told by this company "well you've obviously broken it so its your problem to fix" bear in mind, nobody came out to even see HOW it was broken, I had to go weeks without an oven with two young children while I saved up for a new one. Very recently I was left without electric for three days due to a mistake by a previous tenant, I was sobbing on the phone to them as my children were so cold and I sitting in the darkness relying on take out food, the woman I spoke to was so cold hearted it broke me, she told me again it wasn't her problem and if I wanted it sorted that badly just ring the landlord. Now I did not have a choice to be with this company as I was placed in my flat by the council when I was homeless and this company manage the flat I am in, but my advice to anyone who has a choice DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY " Please do not put yourself though the stress and heartache that I have suffered and still suffering because of them.
