the woman that works here is rude and a horrible person. has no patience for someone whos first language isnt english. Dont come here, its a waste of your time.

The worst service ever, I forgotten my glasses and i was very bad treated and neglected. Not nice lady did not want to serve me and expected I buy from her glasses for 13 if I need to fill in my address and chceck the box to declare what stuff is sending. It was an envelope with documents. Unbelivable, how the service they offer is not kind and neglecting to older people. Never ever go there

I have been visiting this post office for over a decade and i get nothing but a lovely service from everyone here, im sharing my views as i see so many negative ones, i think approach is everything, once i had a parcel issue and neither of us handled it well, but still very kind as if nothing happened when i revisited. Treat people how you wish to be treated.

The woman behind the post office counter is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered! EVERY-TIME I go to put money in my account she speaks to her work, colleague in her language and have a little laugh at my expense. Its horrible if you have something to say speak English so the person can understand you dont be a coward and say things in your language fathers to wonder what youre saying about them and then to make matters worse you laugh its not right and should not be allowed! I can only imagine what they say!

This Post Office in Highams Park are so unhelpful & rude, My small flat package would have easily fitted through a letter box but overcharged me extra as he stated was oversize? 4.69 for 108grams in weight! Use another Post Office local people?
