Josh, Rob and Liam provided a fantastic service renovating our bathroom. They were professional, respectful and went above and beyond. They are also great people and really helped us make our ideas a reality. Communication was excellent, especially when we weren't there, and they dealt with our changing (!) layout and design ideas with grace. Can't praise flowsmart enough, the team were all professional and trustworthy. They were perfectionists when it came to all the details, and helped us with decisions. They all worked really hard to get the job done quickly, as there we're a few Victorian house hiccups so they were flexible with us and overcame these issues quickly and efficiently. They cleaned behind them and we would absolutely recommend them for a bathroom renovation. The bathroom is absolutely stunning. We were very impressed with the team at Flowsmart, all the way from estimation to the day the work was completed. Despite having some minor setbacks due to the pandemic, the team were super responsive and managed to overcome any unforeseen challenges without impacting delivery. Flowsmart really helped bring our vision to life and were always on-hand for any questions no matter how big or small. They were respectful, efficient and all round great people.
