I have seen Adam for two separate problems and have nothing but high praise for his skill in diagnosing the specific injury and helping me understand what caused this. Both times we were able to set out realistic goals for rehabilitation, through our sessions and home physio exercises I was able to achieve these goals. Thank you!!

Definitely knows his stuff, really lovely & professional. Im 31 weeks pregnant, I came in with what appears to be a pelvic girdle pain, I could bearly walk. Apart from having it all loosened up and feel better now just after a session, which I wasnt hoping for at all, its also helpful to understand what is going on and why. Im sent home with exercises, cant wait to crack on with it and own my pelvis again

I highly recommend Adam and the team at E4 Physio! I came to Adam having had 3 metal plates and 13 screws put in to hold my ankle together after a trimalleolar fracture (read: completely smashed it to pieces). It was a devastating injury which severely affected my mobility and quality of life for a number of months, but thanks to Adam, I've had a smooth recovery and am back to doing the things I love. He is a skilled physiotherapist and I appreciated the effort he made to explain my injury to me in a way that was empowering and helped me to understand my next steps. He provided the right level of challenge to push me and was always warm and friendly. 9 months on...I've just come back from a weekend hiking in Wales and I've taken up powerlifting and Pilates. I barely notice my ankle injury and I couldn't be more grateful to Adam for getting me to this point!
