Magnet Kitchens

This is a small showroom, not a lot in show. There was couple of staff on duty and no one approached us. We just looked and left.

Terrible customer service! I went into the Chingford Magnet branch yesterday and was totally ignored. I wasnt greeted or asked if I needed any assistance bearing in mind I was the only person in the store and both Assistants were available. This happened to my mum a few weeks before. They have a reputation for not serving or treating ethnic minorities equally as they think you dont have any money. I wanted to see for myself and it definitely appears to be the case. I will not be spending my money there. Treat all customers fairly regardless of their race!!!

I chose Chingford Magnets in 2020 after visiting various trade stores + german designer kitchens. Daniel was very good in challenging my design ideas and helping me through to final install, where he (and branch manager Paul) helped me with a number of problems created by my pain in the a55 builders. Their customer service was invaluable, especially given Covid lockdowns etc, and the final kitchen came out better than expected, at a competitive price. I'd wholly recommend Daniel, Paul, Michael and team at Chingford Magnets.

Kitchen designer Michael was rude and patronising. Kitchens are old, and not the best quality, waste of time.
