The service was excellent from start to finish. Very careful measurements when making initial visit for quote. came back to double check. I was kept fully informed throughout the ordering process. Arranged dates kept to. Old radiators removed and new ones installed throughout the house with no problem despite some difficult walls and joists. The quality of workmanship was first class. nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail was the best I have come across for many years. A quality product fitted by a quality company. Very highly recommended.

Helped out immensely with a very awkward air heating system, installing and sourcing a new one neatly and efficiently. Thank you! Gave a promised free service on it as well, very polite and courteous.

At first this shop was very helpful however, once the wood burner was installed its impossible to get much of a response. 13 months since my purchase (and paying over 3,000) the handle on the burner has snapped off, making it unusable. Not an ideal time for it to happen. I called the store and they told me that it would be the manufacturer who can do this for me. I didnt remember the manufacturers name and so asked him to search his records for my purchase - he reluctantly did but couldnt spell my name correctly and got so angry at me and put the phone down. I called back and he said mate if youre going to get saucy with me then Im not going to help you and told me to f**k off and hung up! I found out who the manufacturer was and called them, they said its the retailer who is responsible for helping you with the warranty. The retailer said its the manufacturer. So now Im stuck, left with a very expensive item that is no use to us. Please could the owner of the business contact me. This is not acceptable and if somebody doesnt help me I will ensure I escalate this. Thanks

Park Bathroom & Heating Centre did a great job installing my log burner. From initial quote to completed installation they were both helpful and professional, giving advice when requested and keeping in touch regarding dates for the work. They were flexible, working with my timeline as much as possible, and on the installation day they turned up, installed the stove, and tidied up afterwards. Thanks George, Carla and co, for warming my cold living room!
