I joined Bluebird Care around 8 months ago and can honestly say I really love my job The team always listen to any concerns and are really supportive. If I could recommend anywhere to work as a carer, it would 100% be Bluebird Care Waltham Forest.

I had a few bad experiences with this company. Most of the staff were amazing, too many to mention but this is tarnished by two workers that were not caring and stole from my aunt. Money and jewellery went missing after their visits and to be honest the company werent helpful. They just wanted to protect their name and staff. This happened on quite a few occasions and only after their visits. I can even hear my aunt accusing one of them on a recording but the company really werent interested. Sentimental jewellery and hundreds of pounds gone. . A very distressing time . One worker was even banned from going back but she returned and the company defended her. A very distressing experience. Added : reply from your message. As you know theres no point discussing it with the team, I tried that, everything was eventually hidden behind the data protection act (apart from what I was told verbally which I have no proof of) The carers in question stole from my aunt and it wasnt on one occasion and I was assured one of them wouldnt enter my aunts property again. She did though, along with the other thief. This wasnt taken seriously, the carers werent suspended pending investigation and were therefore free to commit these crimes elsewhere. Very expensive and sentimental rings have gone missing and its been forgotten about. My aunts engagement ring and her wedding ring of over 50 years amongst the thefts. They got away with it but had it have been handled differently, the outcome may have been different. My aunt also had an unexplained gash on her leg which I was told was a scratch . It was bleeding really badly and she was left in a chair alone after suffering a brain bleed. (This was the day of the theft of two rings) The gash was on the back of her leg so wasnt from the zimmerframe as suggested! Im In the process of obtaining photos of her unexplained injuries. Very saddened that the welfare and jewellery/money wasnt important to you . They know theyve got away with it but it will happen again . Like Alberto said, deaf ears. Also Tapo are trying to retrieve the video/ audio evidence which will be helpful my end and which the police are eager to have.

Where do I start? I had a family member who required care service. I contacted my local Bluebird Care (on recommendation from a friend). They were so brilliant from the second I called them. They were fast to do an assessment & put care in place. The carers are so amazing, friendly and patient. I couldn't be any more happy knowing my aunt is in amazing hands. Thank you for everything you do.

I worked in Bluebird WF for almost one year and half. It has been a nice experience and I have to say that Bluebird Care as franchise is one of the best in the market for the dom care. But, there is always a but, behind the sparkling and the glitter of the lights the is an harsh truth. This is what happened after this branch was taken over towards the end of the 2020. One Care Manager has gone and a new one was appointed and this one proved to be a little tyrant, bullying the employees and mobbing them to leave. Very bad experience at the end, I'm sorry because I gave all myself for them. Edit: the manager commented asking to write them. If this would mean something to them. I spoke with them thousands times about the issues in BB-WF but with no success. Waste of my time, like arguing with a deaf.
