Great communication from the beginning with photos and clear breakdown in the quote for a couple of raised beds and some returfing, went through options and advice that gave us confidence, good communication throughout including the workmen checking everything with us before they started, friendly and polite people, minimum mess even with bringing everything through our terrace house, and pleased with the results. Cosy Gardens did an absolutely fantastic job on our garden! Im so glad we went with them. At the very beginning Polly was professional, understood the brief and came prepared to view the existing garden and review what I wanted. She came up with alternate options, ideas and Vince ensured those ideas would work within the profile of the garden, using precision engineering equipment to measure distance and slope. They both walked me through what would work, what wouldnt and why. I asked Polly a truly endless list of questions and she got back to me on every single one. She broke down costs and worked with me on alternative options to keep things in my budget. We had a few quotes originally and hands down the quality of the workmanship of the team is absolutely value for money, which is something I'm always concerned with when getting new work done. Im so glad we ended up choosing her quote over the others. Polly was an absolute pleasure to work with, always communicating, keeping me in the loop. All the boys were polite and cleaned up after themselves each day. They were very conscientious of us, the house, the delicate features and of our newborn baby, keeping dirt and dust to a minimum. There was no side entrance to our garden so everything had to go through the house. Vince went above and beyond as well, letting me know what was happening, whenever they had questions or which detailing I preferred, he even recommended doing some paving work that looked nicer, even though it was more work for them. Its been 3 months since they did the work and I wanted to check how the work stood up before putting a review down. I cannot fault the work, everything is still as great as it was when they finished, no cracking and all the mortar and joints still good as new, especially after our very cold, very muddy and very wet winter. All our drainage worked well, no pooling of water on the patio, everything is still as level as day one. Our lawn still looks amazing and our centre piece tree survived all good and well. We had our rear garden, front garden and path done at the same time. Its such a pleasure to come home and see the new path leading to the house. Plus we now have an actual grassy garden for our little one to play in. I can thoroughly recommend Cosy Gardens and if I ever need more garden work in future, I will only go to Polly and her team. Cosy Gardens removed my rotten old wooden garden fence that I had a load of plants growing up and replaced it with a brand new wooden fence with trellis. They did so with the utmost care so as not to damage any plants. The job they did was fantastic, not a plant was harmed, and they even tied them back into place on the new fencing afterwards. Despite the muddy conditions, they didn't leave any mess anywhere in the flat and took everything away afterwards, leaving the garden pristine. Not only that, they did the job faster than anticipated. They were just brilliant and such a friendly, helpful and professional company to deal with too.

Cosy did a great job with our garden! It was massively overgrown and overcrowded, and they efficiently tore everything up and replaced it with beautiful turf, stone pavers and new raised planters. Access to our garden was not easy and required a lot of stairs, but the team handled it impressively. Very pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend!
