Had a fantastic session with Aaron the other day will definitely be back after a year of not excising I have noticed the change in my physical and mental health, if you're looking for something to unleash theres nothing better than boxing Aaron.

For anyone wanting to study boxing or martial arts I could not recommend Black Belt Boxing highly enough. Aaron is a fantastic trainer with a deep knowledge of fighting techniques and a brilliant method of explaining even the smallest details in a way that makes them easily relatable and memorable. I've learnt more in the past couple of months with Aaron than I have over the past few years at boxing classes.

I have been training for some time at Black Belt Boxing Gym and I can say that Aaron Dowie is the best martial arts coach I have ever had, by far. He is extremely knowledgeable. Always super patient and knows how to explain things well. Also what I love about Aaron is that he pays close attention to all your movements making sure you are improving them. The gym itself is fantastic, full of top-notch equipment. Highly recommended.

Black Belt Boxing is a must for anyone doing any form of exercising, for many years l have exercised but have only started enjoying exercising since training with Aaron, his knowledge and expertise has shown me that enjoyment can really be achieved with the right leadership and guidance. Aaron is a first class trainer and a really nice bloke, he has taught me all skills in martial arts and has made every lesson enjoyable and fun. I have achieved my 1st belt in kick boxing and cannot wait to progress further. Aaron has also been training me in Muay Thai, Jujitsu, Boxing and Judo. It is great value for the service you receive, just wish l had started years ago. Itching to get back after lockdown ends.

I've been training with Aaron for the last 8 months and I look forward to every weeks session. He's very patient and recognises your strengths and works on them, making every session "tailor made" to fit your style. I can see improvement after every training , something that I never experienced before in any martial Arts training. Defenitely recommended it .
