It was my first time visiting the salon hair done by an amazing soul Laila, felt so comfortable speaking to her she is the sweetest. After getting my hair done by her hands down I dont think I will ever visit any other salon she was very professional and friendly knew what kind of look I was after, I could not recommend Laila enough, the whole salon is lovely and so are all the staff very welcoming. she made sure I had refreshments and ensured I was comfortable during my time with her. Her work is amazing after leaving the salon i felt so confident iv had people contacting me about my hair. She made my hair soooo beautiful! I saw Bell at the end of 2021 for a balayage (no bleach). This was the first time colouring my hair but Bell explained everything to me thoroughly so I felt comfortable during the appointment. As Bell did an excellent job at this appointment and there wasnt any damage to my hair after adding colour, I chose to see her again recently to refresh my colour. Visited the salon for the first time recently and was not disappointed. Laila did such an amazing job with my hair. She listened carefully to all of my requests and recapped a few times to make sure we were on the same page regarding the results. The hair turned out amazing. Received great aftercare tips as well. First off, I'd want to thank Bell for fitting me in during one of her busy days so that I could look absolutely stunning on my birthday. She came to the salon on her day off just for me, and when she was doing my hair, she paid close attention to every last detail and really did her thing. It showed how much love and effort she put In my hair to get it to its maximum potential and the service from the Bell'd up team was the absolute best. They got themselves a loyal customer now.
