EV Architects

An absolutely brilliant architect. Worked tirelessly with his team to ensure my deigns were approved even with strong push back from the local council (who dont have clue with some of the comments they were making). Came over on each snag we had, especially when the waste pipe impacted the height of our build. Could not recommend these guys enough, also an important point is that Paul and his team are actual architects and not designers.

Met up with Mark and his team having had a very bad experience with a previous local architect. The difference in professionalism, knowledge and creativity was a breath of fresh air and very comforting. We felt that we were finally in good hands and were delighted with Marks designs. He listened and answered all questions and knew we could trust his responses. Would recommend EV architects without hesitation.

I am writing this review in the comfort of my superb new extension. It is better than we expected and thats despite seeing the plans come to life in 3d on numerous occasions both before and during the build. From the first call (Dec2020), Mark Webster been very good at listening and then guiding our ideas to concept and this is despite us throwing a couple of curve balls just prior to construction starting. Mark recommended both the structural engineers and the builders and we were very happy with both. We always hear about the bad builds but I can honestly say that this whole experience has been stress free and we are delighted with the end result. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his lovely team at EV Architects.

We were recommended EV architects by a friend of ours, and we knew after just one meeting, that EV architects were our preferred choice. Other architects we met either tried to push us down a road which moved away from our vision or tried to do something that they were familiar with. When we met Paul, he understood our ideas and impressively captured it all without writing it down. From that moment, we knew we were in good hands. Paul helped us put our dream house from our ideas into a solid plan and got us over the planning application hurdle. Then Mark came in and took over the next phase which was building control and fleshing out all the finer details. Mark and Paul were always available and helpful whenever we needed to discuss any aspect of the project. As they came highly recommended to us, we too highly recommend them to anyone that requires high calibre professional architects. Any future projects, we'd be happy to use EV Architects again.

We had a difficult planning proposal that a previous architect had failed to convince the Planners to agree on. Mark took on the project and re designed a scheme that not only got their approval but improved the use of space greater for us. Efficient and cost effective, I cant recommend them enough.
