Amazing service and each member of the staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. By far one of the best customer service experience Ive had. In terms of my eyes, its the most extensive examination and conversation Ive had for my eyes. The optometrist took his time to assess everything and listen to all my concerns. He then gave me an action plan to address my concerns. Will definitely be coming here for my eye tests from now on.

Shaukat and his staff were very professional in dealing with me and I was very happy with the services that they provided and extremely pleased with my new lenses and my glasses. We were struggling to get a diagnosis regarding my husbands eye problem. The eye test with 3D retinal scanning and photography was top of the range and with the brilliant help of Shaukat Iqbal who quickly determined that the problem was macular oedema. My husband was urgently referred to Stepping Hill hospital and was treated within a week. Our grateful thanks to Sloane & Co for their wonderful service and help.
