Have been under the care of Evolve since 2016 and have been treated for a number of injuries from small to major post-op rehab. Very knowledgeable, always delivers successful rehab and highly recommend

My teenage daughter dislocated her knee cap and damaged her ACL. She is a keen dancer who would like to have a career in dance, so it was imperative that she had a good physio programme to aid her recovery. Her injury occurred just before the Covid19 lockdown, and so all sessions bar one, were done online. Ian was a great support to her (and to me!) and was reassuring and positive while making sure she was working hard at making her knee and the area around it stronger. The online sessions worked well and Ian would email us with with a different programme each week, tailored to her needs. Although my daughters injury has now fully healed, Ian also gave her good advice on injury prevention and set her an ongoing programme in this regard. My daughters recovery has been incredible and I would highly recommend Ian.

Excellent physio. Evolve has been a staple in my health and fitness support network for a while now, whether it's for a tune up or a specific issue, Ian has always been superb. I do, and will continue to strongly recommend Ian to anyone in need of a physio.
