They haven't been open for a week now, however, they allow you to place orders online. We unfortunately ordered takeout for my wife's birthday and when I showed up all the lights were off and they weren't open. Haven't been able to contact them for a week and they still have my money and no sushi. Careful ordering online.

Made a booking 2 days ago for 5.30pm this evening. Drove over from Liverpool with my elderly parents. Arrived to find the restaurant completely closed and boarded up. Absolutely abysmal. Why would you accept a booking if you are not trading? Went into shops either side of the restaurant and asked them and they said they had had people coming in for weeks now having had the same issue. Including people who had been charged for takeaway food and came to collect, to find the business is not trading? I am absolutely outraged. Tried calling the phone numbers for both Hale and Knutsford restaurants and neither number connected. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
