Pretty good speed overall, but there is a huge downfall with 4th utility, which is they continually change your ip address (they call it recycling IP addresses). Often, companies like Amazon Video, HBO, Rockstar games (GTA, Red dead redemption), banking apps, and VPNs don't have these new IP addresses on their database, which causes the apps to fail to work. That means 4th utility is the direct cause of commonly used entertainment to stop working entirely, typically for 2-5 days until the IP is added on the database. This is a big inconvenience - I've spent hours trying to connect to these apps sometimes, but in the end you just have to give up and wait. This has occured on three occasions, and it's quite bothersome.

I spoke to the manger Kathy this afternoon she has been outstanding in dealing with my situation and assured me everything is now resolved she is training her to team to the best of her ability and I am sure things will definitely improve thanks again kathy

WiFi fairly fast when works but poor technical support. No 24 hour tech support as stated on website, no tech team or engineers available after 6pm. I have had no service for 3 days, no engineer visit date scheduled yet as was initially told they couldn't do this and sending out a cable would resolve the problem, 3 days later when I managed to get through I was told this info was incorrect.

James was the engineer that arrived to fit and set up our internet with 4th Utility. He was professional and polite throughout. James made sure everything was connected and made sure we had the passwords we needed. He also reassured that any problems someone would be out the following day. We have had no buffering or devices logging out. Very pleased with service and internet. the system and made sure

Initially i had so much doubts, read some comments here and decided to give it a go. so, i got mine Installed lastweek, 1. Simplicity of installation was just too awesome 2. The engineer was a fantastic guy, friendly and very professional. 3. Now the best part, the speed of the internet is AWESOME. i have always suffered slow internet in my flat from other providers but now its just unbelievable. 4. And a great price for such premium service. I most definately will be recommending 4th Utility to friends.
