        We appointed Michael Tait to carry out a Level 3 Survey for us recently after appointing another surveyor who produced a very basic report we had no confidence in. Michaels report was incredibly detailed in comparison and we are very pleased. Michael attended the property on Monday and we had the full report by email on Wednesday. The height of client service and professionalism. Thank you again Michael!

        I have recently purchased a house and I used Michael at Taylor & Tait to undertake the survey. I was really pleased with his work and his report was very thorough. I would also add that he was very reasonable compared to other providers. Would highly recommend.

        Michael was super efficient right from booking the survey in with him through to delivering the full survey just a few working days later. Great communication throughout the process, and his report was really thorough, leaving no stone unturned! I also feel confident that if I have any questions Michael won't hesitate to respond - would 100% recommend.
