        Surveyor failed to state something very obvious in his report that is now going to cost thousands to rectify. Have complained to the company but so far I have not had acknowledgement of my complaint just more concern regarding my trustpilot review. Their responses have been abrupt and very unhelpful. Regarding the apparent fake review below (seems all the negative ones are fake. coincidence?) they do incentivise trustpilot reviews I have received the email. Complaint made to trustpilot so call me fake but its been reported.

        Definitely avoid. They offer Amazon voucher in exchange for a good rating on TrustPilot, so dont get conned by the good fake rating. I ordered homebuyer report and it took 2 weeks rather than 3-5 working days, and I had to chase them all the time. Plus, the report isnt helpful at all, just some copy & paste thing. When it comes to some details, they just let you seek for other professional surveyors?!
