        We made the mistake of not asking for details of the work to be completed and quoted for, to be put in writing. As things turned out, our understanding of what was to be done to the tree was a bit different what was actually done - and we had nothing in writing to demonstrate this afterwards. No problems with the work done, it just wasn't as much as we thought had been agreed; and there wasnt a lot of room for discussion afterwards. So my advice is if you are going to use Bark and Branch, then get details of the quote and what it covers in writing so everyone is clear (funnily enough their website suggests this is good practice, but it didnt happen in our case).
