        Had a massage booked, the day before they ring me up and cancel it, no explanation given, no offer of changing the appointment so I got a refund. Thought I'd give them another try and the exact same happened but on the Actual day of appointment, I was offered an alternative appointment like I'm free 24/7 but couldn't make so got a refund, never again

        I have been a member here for over 10 years now and I do enjoy the gym and spa but there are many issues which you wouldnt expect for the price you pay. The price seems to increase every 6 months or so and there are no obvious improvements made to reflect an increase. Luckily for the club, there arent many other options in the area.
