Absolutely awful. Owner is a bully, made us feel worthless from the moment we arrived. Dont waste your time giving this rude, greedy man money. Dogs are beautiful, shame the owner of the establishment( as he put it) is an aggressive bully. Please close this business down.

Booked a meet and greet for 12pm. Arrived at 12:05. A member of staff said it wasnt a problem that we were there 5 minutes later than scheduled and sat us down. We filled in the necessary forms and I handed them to another member of staff. They kept us waiting for about 20 minutes before a third member of staff came over and said the day care couldnt take us to the meet and greet because we were late and the next slot was an hour later. So huge mis-communication there. Had food there. I have a 2 year old and a 3 year old. There are no high chairs. The whole premise of this cafe is that its a place to interact with dogs while you eat, but the rules are so strict that it takes all the fun out of it. (The house rules are printed on the menus which state your own dogs need to be on a lead, you cant feed the dogs anything except popcorn provided, and you arent allowed on the sand area). But there are unwritten rules that extend beyond this. One of the cafe dogs called Maisie was sat on her bed. My children (and other kids who were at the cafe) were told by staff to leave her alone when they went to stroke her and offer her food. My daughter picked up a balloon that the cafe had used for a decoration and she had it confiscated by the owner. Other kids were told not to pick up one of the pugs. They were also told not to stand next to the kitchen door. My boy was told not to walk around with a chip in his hand because it was considered dangerous. My boy touched a dogs tail and the owner shouted at us. (The dog was not at all bothered and didnt react to being touched). He was accused of pulling the dogs tail, which he did not do. We were told this is not a play centre and we were not respecting the rules. (The problem is, when you bring children to a place like this, they are going to walk around and they will want to interact with the dogs. Also, most of the rules we were accused of breaking werent written anywhere). Throughout my visit, it felt like my (and other visitors) children were constantly being told that they were doing something wrong and they had to stop what they were doing. The owner became argumentative with us, becoming very loud and animated when we disagreed with him that our boy had pulled the dogs tail. The owners manner was confrontational and condescending. It was completely unnecessary and actually quite intimidating. We were accused of not supervising our kids which is absolutely not true at all. We ended up asking for a refund because we were just disappointed with the whole experience. Instead of being this fun, entertaining afternoon, it all felt uncomfortable and awkward and all just a bit weird. Its suitable if you want to sit down with a dog on a lead at a table. It is 100% not suitable for children.
