Awful company, disgusting attitude. Was dangerously cut up on the motorway and abused by the driver after I beeped him. Reported to the office and got a rude response and no apology from them. No customer service skills and if that drivers driving is anything to go by, youd be taking your life in your hands getting into one of their cars!

Ridiculous company - took us to the completely wrong address in the opposite location to where we should've gone, despite us telling the driver multiple times, this was the case who assured us it was the right one. We then had to call the taxi office to resolve this, to which they told us they would be charging us more than it would've been had we had been taken to our desired destination in the first place. Surely, it would make sense to offer some form of compensation in the form of a discount, to apologise making us late and causing additional stress. Would not recommend. Service: Limousines
