ics-southeast compile check-in reports for me for a small number of rental properties. The reports are always very thorough, detailed and easy to read. They provide an excellent record of the condition of the property at check-in which is extremely useful both for myself as a landlord and for my tenants. I receive the reports via a secure email portal which avoids unnecessary printing. The reports help to avoid any disputes at the end of a tenancy. I have been very pleased with the service provided and the rates are very reasonable.

James produced a condition report for my three bed house in Hailsham, two days before my tenants were due to move in. The system he uses makes it easy for landlords to organise the appointment and track the progress of signing the document. He was professional throughout and his report was accurate and thorough. Alongside the written condition, James took a number of photos and produced 360 degree images to use when checking the condition of the property when the tenants eventually move out. I would definitely recommend using ICS- Southeast.
