Seaforth Pharmacy

They are supposed to be opened at 9:00am They dont open on time but leave customers outside in the cold for several minutes, not even bothered . It should not be allowed anymore

Appalling service, meds take extra two days to prepare,allow a minimum of 6 working days not including the day you order and they dont answer the phone, you cant even check to see if your prescriptions are ready for collection.

I had a migraine starting so I went into seaforth for some nurofen plus. I was quizzed by the woman behind the counter what do I need them for and when was the last time I'd taken them etc. I told her, Then she spoke to the pharmacist this took about 10mins. They made me feel like a criminal. Anyone thats had a migraine knows that if you dont take tablets at first signs, you'd be layed up for days. Well I would and I can't afford That. When she came back I said why all the questions, are they dangerous tablets. Then the pharmacist came round and said is there a problem, I said no Iam not being rude I just asked a question. Then I asked the woman was I rude, She replied yes I found you very rude. How was I rude, Well I found her very rude.Iam the customer.
