        Ive used this branch for quite sometime for my repeat subscriptions and until recently they were always very good. However Ive found it increasingly hard to get served (staff dont appear to know who has been served) also 2 out of the last 3 times items have been missing with no explanation. Time for a change I think.

        This pharmacy used to have great service. Now in has gone downhill. Phone is always on hold. Have waited up to 20 minutes to be answered. My script has been 48 hours late the past few months. Once 3 days. Missing items. Staff dont seem to know whether they are coming or going. When questioned have been rude and told the delivery service is free! This may be the case. But my medication is not! Although the delivery drivers are always nice and a small chat sometimes. Very overworked Id say! Will be looking to go elsewhere definitely in the New Year
