This guy is a legend - I called at 6 am very distressed with 200 wasps suddenly appearing in my house - Johnathan called me back - they came out to the house and it transpires they were honey bees and the nest was my neighbors. Johnathan, spent time with the neighbor and explained what she needed to do - then advised me of what I could do in the interim and put my mind at rest about my cats - he spent so much time explaining what and how to deal with it - advised me on netting that I could use - and then did not charge me as he didn't actually carry out the work - an amazing company and what a decent guy, a real legend and I can highly recommend him.

John responded to my desperate website message within hours, even though on a Sunday. I was at my wits end. I had had already had FIVE different professional treatments for a flea infestation brought in on clothes by a well meaning friend (who has a cat she forgets to treat), post a difficult operation for me. It was at the 6month mark of utter hell. No one wants this and you must act quickly.. however I spent literally thousands of pounds on professional treatments, natural remedies, clothes that could be washed at 60c, a new washer with dryer, a new expensive vacuum cleaner, all my clothing professional washed or dry cleaned and bagged up.. even had the carpets deep cleaned... to no avail. My life was ruined. Until John came. Found him via the Pest Control Assoc and wish had found him first! He is so reasonable cost-wise and his immense long-term and yearly updated knowledge and, very importantly, his treatment product - is the best. His treatment is very strong compared to all the others that I had to get my place ready for each time...I know this as, by the time I called John, I knew everything there is to know about these vile insects and the percentages of and types of chemicals that had been used here already. John was the first person to do a thorough check of the property, and also to highlight it might be they are in the hallways of the property my flat is in so I might be walking them in again after the flat treatments - so suggested he treated there too, only after asking me to get agreement with landlord, other flats etc. It worked (well, so far, no more bites!). It's a no brainer - choose J&J Pest Prevention. Save so much money, time, exhaustion with hoovering everything in sight regularly, and, frankly, near emotional breakdown. Thank you so much John.
