        The Manager here is totally amazing, one of the best managers iv ever met in my life time, he went out of his way to make sure I got the best service when my glasses were broken, and helped me quickly to choose a better frame, and new glasses arrived quickly, excellent customer service, great run place, have gone back to order contact lenses, so happy would recommend this place 5 stars

        Just proves not all shops are the same. This branch gives exceptional customer service! They are honest, knowledgeable and friendly. On top of that Naomi, who helped me on two occasions, has integrity! She did not try to "up sell" me and even pointed out the savings I was making. Everything was explained in terms I could understand and she demonstrated the difference between varifocal lenses. Highly recommend the Hailsham store!

        Never a bad experience at the Hailsham store. Myself, my partner and my youngest all wear prescription glasses now. Staff are always polite and friendly, most will make the kids feel comfortable during the visit.
