This company is meant to service NHS urgent repairs within 24 hours but are taking 7 days plus. This company fails to meet those targets/SLA'S consistently instead choosing to maximise profits before the health of the patients they are paid to serve under contract. Whatever are NHS Management doing? What are CONservative MP's doing? No B2B or B2C organisation in the private sector would ever get away with this.

The wheelchair services agreed our son could have a special needs maclaren pushchair .the referral was so quick .then delivery took a few weeks from ajm .they sent the wrong pushchair and we already put our own expenses to buy a maclaren hood.wheelchair services were fabulous apologised and sorted it. We waited for the day but ajm did not call I had to phone and said I have been sitting waiting.they said it would be another week before it would be delivered.( we only live 2 miles from there depot) Anyway I said could I come and collect it myself.they did agree and we picked it up and our little boy loves it and already getting his older siblings to push him around in it. All in all yes we did wait a while but got there in the end and staff worked well at sorting it for us so must we say.a big thankyou.

Nearly a year since I ordered parts for my chair and it still isn't fixed. It's getting embarrassing that the engineer keeps turning up with the wrong parts.
