We used their services in the past once before and found them to be ok, but our experience with them in 2022 was frustrating and unprofessional. There is a very uncomfortable vibe about their way of interacting with customers, they constantly screwed up visit times, forgot to bring promised samples, and even got tetchy when asked to follow through on their promises. After waiting for months for a quote, which they repeatedly promised to send but never did, we eventually gave up on them. If you are wanting a stress-free and professional experience I would not recommend this company.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my 74 year old mother. Although Gary seems friendly, he has still failed to turn up to do a job that he was supposed to do 9 months ago. He keeps on making appointments but either never turns up or turns up to tell my mother it can't be done that day - a different excuse each time. He never calls when he says he will and my mother has spent days trying to get hold of him. When she does he gives her a new date but again the same thing always happens. Appointments are confirmed and so my Mother moves out all the furniture etc ready, but then he doens't turn up again and she is left to move everything back again. Gary was supposed to do my Mum's floor again yesterday, but turned up to say there were no fitters to do it, and so said he would come today. So far he has given my Mum two different times that he will arrive today, but has missed both times and my Mum is still waiting. Yet again she has had to rearrange her plans to no avail and the saga continues. I don't know how his business stays afloat and I am furious with the way in which he has treated my elderly mother. He has no respect for his clients and has caused a lot of stress and frustration.

Wanted to replace landing and stairs carpet. Measuring service no problems. Tried to order a carpet, store closed when it said it was open on two occasions. No one answered phones. No call back when finally got an answering machine and i left message. Gone elsewhere as a result.

I called in to arrange someone to measure my 2 bed cottage, Gary agreed to follow me back there and then. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. I went back with him to the shop and he helped me select an off cut that would work for the kitchen and a carpet for stairs and one room that would match with what I already had. They understood that I was under a financial and a time restraint and the carpets were fitted at an excellent price, very quickly (about a week) which was exceptionally good considering the kitchen floor needed an awful lot of preparation/drying time before laying Lino. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them.
