I have recently bought a property through Stevens & Carter. They have been extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process. Sam first showing me around the property and was very knowledgeable, giving helpful tips about the town and surrounding area. Negotiation was dealt with by Samuel who handled things expertly and efficiently. During the buying process Alison, Sales Progresser kept me up to date, being informative, helpful and realistic with times and possible dates for action along the way. They really have been a pleasure to deal with, in what can be a very stressful process. I commend them to anyone putting their house on the market.

We are very grateful to Sam and the team for valuing our house even though we made him aware that we are not going on the market just yet. There was no pressure to give them a time scale of when we might be ready to start the process and it was left as, we will contact them when we are ready. I know from previous experience that other agents can be very pushy when it comes to this because they just want to get the property on their books straight away. Not at Stevens & Carter's, they are happy to wait for us and to me that is exceptional customer service.

Stevens & Carter sold us the house a few years ago, they were brilliant then and they were brilliant this time around. All of the team were sympathetic to my situation, but incredibly supportive when there were some issues along the way. I never had any doubt that the sole focus of every member of staff were our best interests. They were honest with regards to market conditions, realistic with things progressing and on the end of the phone or email if I ever had any questions. THANK YOU
