Hey Max, I wanted to thank you for the great session yesterday to help me get over limiting beliefs. This has helped me greatly to shift my mindset and also gave me the tools to deal with any triggers in the future. I also feel better and more at peace with some painful situations that happened in the past and don't feel the same pain or emotions that I used to associate with those experiences.
