TUI Holiday Store

Me & my (now) husband booked our honeymoon to Las Vegas with Leanne at the Tui Hailsham store and honestly, the level of service that she provided is unparalleled to anything we have experienced before. She is absolutely incredible. She had a wealth of knowledge on the area and the excursions that Tui offer and found us an amazing deal which was perfect! Nothing was rushed or overlooked and all with such a lovely and genuine, caring personality. Even after we left the store, every question that we asked was answered with prompt and extremely detailed, non-generic emails. It was so comforting to deal with someone who is not just all about the initial sale. We truly had the best honeymoon with bucket list excursions in the perfect location and we can't thank you enough. Leanne, if you read this, don't change a single thing you do. You are an asset to your company and we will be in to see you again very soon... fingers crossed not for another honeymoon though! :D Thank you. Amy & Mark.

My partner and I just had the best customer service given to us by Leanne whilst booking our Caribbean Cruise for Jan 2024 Leanne was Friendly Polite and Professional it was throughly pleasurable experience we even had a lovely cup of Tea made by lovely Sue all three assistants were busy which was good to see and greeted everyone with a smile would highly recommend this branch of Tui

Always helpfull and amazing holidays amazing staff . All the staff have time for you and understand your needs I feel like it's home as you walk in that warm freindly feeling and sue is like mum to us all

I always book all my holidays with Leanne, shes so attentive and knows exactly what we like. We get amazing service from all the girls in store. I wouldnt book anywhere else!
