Terrible staff with no experience. Each and every single staff is so ill mannered and does not have any hygiene manners. Such a filthy place! Visited my relative and they were so rude. Literally made me cry. I feel bad for the people living there.

Terrible place. Staff lack experience Manager useless. I have my mother in there and it's disgraceful the way she is treated. Paying over 5k a month for her care and the care is dreadful.

Information on the website is apparently wrong (but still there) told one thing about visiting times when I first visited my dad who is on respite either them at around 1.5k for 4 weeks!!! Then told something different a few days later!! Almost impossible to visit unless you fulfil thier ridiculous rules. Never had this problem in the last 2 years with carer's looking after my dad. So.... probably won't see him for a month... #?care? (Ps, I am a qualified nurse with over 39 yrs in the NHS. What I am being told by them is not correct practice.

Wouldnt of given it one star even if id been given the option My mother suffered from Dementia. The standards of the nursing home once the residents become unable to come downstairs is absolutely not good enough. Residents are left far too long in rooms without being checked. My mother was left with sick over her from previous day. Room had been checked off at clean, but found hadnt been cleaned. Clothes & other items that were brand new were stolen (home had to refund me for clothes that i brought in that brand new & disappeared). When issues were raised with management, the manager shouted me, became very defensive and really rude, i did threaten report her. They have had a couple of issues with employees abusing residents. I was really upset & disgusted in the way my mother was treated towards her end of life, even though 5 - 6 family members were coming in everyday and giving my mum fluids and trying to coax her to eat a little and make sure she was clean. When my mother was taken into hospital for chest pains, the staff lied to me to tell me my mother had got up to press the nurse button ( my mother didnt even know what the button was for or where it was) it was as if they were trying to over compensate for their failings. This is not what you expect after becoming unable to look after a parent as they need more help than you can give. I definitely would not recommend this incompetent nursing home.
