Don't ever, ever use this company! They are dishonest and incompetent! I asked them to give me a quote to check my gas appliances, especially the gas fire as it was not working very well. I was given a quote. An engineer carried out the checks; he looked at the heater and told me it was working fine. When I turned it on at night it chucked out even less heat than before. The company called and told me I owed them a lot more money than they had quoted. I told them that the heater was still not working properly. I was told they would send out an engineer to have another look. I asked if I would be charged even more, but was assured this would not cost any extra. He came and the heater worked OK. However, I was then called and the bill had gone up by another huge amount. I queried this. Today I received a county court judgment for more than 3 times the original quote. I never received an invoice nor did I receive a claim form from the court as I should have done.

Amazing service. Extremely happy Highly recommend this company - Extremely well trained staff, Great communication, Very reasonable priced and the owners really know what there talking about. Thank you for providing not just a 5 star a 6 star service :)

I have used this company before and we were happy with their service.However, I contacted them again regarding a qoute they gave us to have a new power shower fitted as I thought the qoute for the actual shower was more than I expected.I was told they would look into it and give me a call back the same day.As nobody rang me back I rang again a couple of days later and was then told to just buy the shower myself and then contact them to come and fit it.This certainly was not the response I was expecting.I then had it fitted by another local company without any problems for more than 20 percent less.On this occasion their customer service let them down.
