        Generally good products, but poor customer support along with the rest of the industry when it comes to the hinges on doors.The powder coating will not last in our saline atmosphere and hinges may have to be changed on more than one occasion during a 10 year guarantee term. Whilst Tradesmith Ltd will not quibble over replacements, the labour costs have to be born by their customers. Door handles and letter plates are comparatively easy to change, but hinge changes require assistance on heavy doors leading to increased labour costs. However this is not just Tradesmith's problem it is an industry related problem and should be addressed .After all, how can these products be declared "Fit for purpose" when as a fabrcator you know the coatings will fail ,and have to be replaced at considerable cost to the installer ??....
