I dropped in on spec to enquire about making a Will. Very welcoming and impressive Receptionist (Brenda) who went over and above to help with my enquiry. So efficient and knowledgeable. A true asset to the business who deserves recognition! Appointment was made and the service I received from Sophie was just second to none. Would highly recommend this branch of Barwells. My husband has been using this firm to deal with the estate of his deceased mother, as her will was with them, and they have been fantastic! We are currently also using other solicitors for another matter and there is just no comparison between the two firms. They have been efficient at every step and communicated clearly. Even little things, such as including a return envelope with paperwork helped us to be efficient too and return things quickly, which has helped things to get things processed as fast as possible. They have simplified a complicated process and we are really impressed with them.
