Why is it not possible to give these guys ZERO stars? What a horrible experience, the visit, the female sales member, the site and more importantly; the houses! The lady we dealt with (I will not mention names) was rude and clearly in a hurry to be somewhere else, cant say I'm surprised she decided to make the 30 second walk by car to view a property if she was in that much of a rush. Walking past some of the already occupied houses the smell of weed was overwhelming, the language from a group of children throwing debris into unfinished plots was outrageous. When we eventually got into a house, which apparently was being readied to hand over, paint on stairs, wonky kitchen doors, loose taps, uneven floors and paving slabs you could literally surf on to name a few. We had read a lot of reviews, not great, on Trust Pilot and Google but thought it may have been from a couple of disgruntled owners, we thought it surely cant be that bad! Well it was worse, not only what we saw with our own eyes but when we had a brief walk around the development and nearly got ran over by children speeding on a moped (no helmets I might add), spitting at us; no thanks Linden, I'd rather buy something that resembles value for money and certainly wouldn't buy from your unhelpful rude sales member. I feel for anyone that has purchased at the Millwood Park Site and was not expecting what we witnessed.
