Shocking service they sent a contractor in my flat, my carpet is ruined because of the contractor, I have made an complaint and still nothing. Terrible service

Housing owned by H/G on the diplocks estate are either full of mould or subsidence they still have espestos ceilings/ tiled floors which is hazardous net alone wiring from the 60s . New roofs were put on however weve been waiting for new windows for several years. Contractors bodge jobbing which your then reliable for . Home group have public liability insurance but refuse to correct damages their contractors make claiming you need content insurance. Since when do we as tenants have to pay for their mistakes insurance or not my premiums go up each time I claim so its not exactly free yet we as paying customers have to correct their wrongs . The rent is three times more than the average wage and they call it affordable housing . Home group are the worst housing association Ive ever been with absolutely appalling the way they treat their tenants just ask a few Im sure theyll say the same.

Difficult to contact. Phone numbers don't work. Chat lines don't answer. Very poor company I feel sorry for their tenants, glad and thankful I'm not one of them.

Well with over 350 million turnover I'm still waiting for my boiler to be replaced, (only been a year.......and LLD lighting mind you that's only been out of action for 3 months, complained to many times now....
