        Grief is such a personal experience and the considerate, compassionate nature of the staff at Haine & Son, Hailsham enabled us to prepare and plan a service which portrayed our Fathers life in a very personal way. Nothing was too much for Karen and Alison, and their kindness to each one of us was exemplary. We are deeply grateful to all the staff involved with our Fathers care and would recommend your services to others. Thank you

        Karen and Alison were amazing!!! They were so caring and supportive to us. They were so patient and honestly couldnt do enough for us. They took care of everything and liaised with us about every detail. Excellent service, attentive and attention to detail was amazing. Because of them, my father got the send off he deserved. Would recommend 10/10

        Dropped items off for warming up the homeless & was stopped from entering by being man handled on my wrists by this woman who continued to gently move me backwards to the door inside. You do not expect this sort of treatment when doing something for the less fortunate. Will not be going there again.

        From the start Karen and Alison put us at ease, guided us compassionately and with understanding, of the trauma of arranging your husbands funeral. They have the highest recommendation in our books. I visited with family and friends at various times, everyone said they were amazing. The day of the funeral, George the driver, Jodie and all staff were brilliant. They made the day a memorable one with suggesting Martin Ellis as the Celebrant as we really wanted a celebration of his life, as my husband was a 'recycled teenager' and enjoyed a joke or two, which they allowed us to undertake without frowning but laughing with us. Their understanding, attention to detail and compassion goes way beyond. Highest recommendation. Most importantly, thank you is not enough.
