Firstly, and most importantly, we would like to thank all involved in this project. We are very, very pleased with the outcome. The new roof is a much more substantial structure than its predecessor. We have already noticed a difference when the sun shines and we are very taken with the shape and design of the wood. As an unexpected bonus, during the recent hot weather the orangery has not only remained cool, but produces an effect that is very similar to air conditioning. We must next thank all of Dave, Mark and Jess, from Daves initial calculations through to completion of the job, and on two fronts. Firstly, because all were courteous, respectful and patient. I say patient in that we are sure there were a number of occasions when one of us would have had explained what in particular was being done at any one time, only for the other to ask the self-same question a few hours later. Secondly, because of their professionalism and expertise. You have a first rate team supporting you. Also, we do not overlook Paul's overall guidance. First class.

Richmond oak are true professionals. Designed, project managed and built our orangery with precision and flair. Can't recommend enough. Dealt with all the problems and snags to make the whole process painless. And the finished space is beautiful, peaceful and we love it!!!! Thanks so much.
