Chandlers Hailsham MINI

Went for a main service quote as its my local dealership. Was quoted 583 for main service. Thought I would check other dealerships (all Mini main dealerships) and got a full service and free inspection elsewhere for 414. Customer service not great either.

Just purchased my new Mini Cooper Clubman from Group 1 Halisham and a great service from start to finish. I was looked after by Eleora from the first phone call to collecting my car a few weeks later. Eleora is a real asset to the branch, and I will definitely recommend her and the great service I received from Group 1. After calling to check if the said car and one other were still available, I spoke to Eleora, who was very polite and helpful. She made enquiries and called back within minutes to tell me the cars were still available. Not living close by, she held the two cars until we arrived a few hours later, showing us around both cars, taking time to answer questions from my car-mad son, giving us space and time to make a decision without any pressure. Having made my decision, Eleora guided me through the process, which was quick and easy, keeping me updated the whole way through until I collected my car. I'm a very happy customer and look forward to enjoying my new car

Great place very friendly staff...got exactly what I wanted so very pleased. Need to update this as this review was several years ago. I recently went back to Hailsham as was exploring my options and contemplating whether to change my vehicle. All I can say is it was an awful experience. As a previous loyal customer I wanted to be valued as before but it wasnt the case. I found both of the salesmen rude and unprofessional. I wont be purchasing there again sadly.
