        My debit card pin had been locked by my on line banking card reader. I went into the branch for help how to unlock the pin. The staff were excellent and helped me. Nothing was too much trouble and the standard of customer service was amazing.

        been to nationwide this morning a big thank you to curt and lorraine brilliant service very polite and understanding as my husband suffers with several mental health issues made him feel at ease keep up the good work
