Chandlers Hailsham BMW

They changed my front tyres WITHOUT letting me know. I got to know that when they showed me the bill in the end. Before that I have already told them in the call not to change the tyres and just change the brakes. Because my front tyres were changed 4 months ago. Will never buy BMW car or use group1 again.

Had a problem with my rear light fogging up, the car is 4 years old, I purchased this car brand new and recently paid the end of PCP balloon payment. Anyway I was told over the phone and on arrival at chandlers that the cost of the replacement would be covered as a good will gesture. After a while of waiting, I was then told that BMW would only cover half the cost, its like they changed there mind, so I was told one thing and then NOPE we won't cover the full cost as a good will gesture. Even the service employee seemed embarrassed by this.

Very helpful, great customer service aswell. I called about a pcp to discuss my options. The gent I spoke to helped me work out all the best possible options and came to a great conclusion. Great staff, professional and provide excellent advice if your unsure
