I done a 1.1 classic eyelash course with molly. It was really great and I enjoyed every minute. Love love! The way molly teaches and how in depth she explains everything you need to know in the course. Felt comfortable and calm to learn everything I needed to know and take away with me to continue my training. I also purchased her classic eyelash starter kit, which is rather cute and fancyall in all it was a great way to start this journey and will defo be booking my Russian lash course with her. Highly recommended

I booked with Molly as I have recently moved to Hailsham, my eyelash lady has retired. I looked her up on google and thought perfect, easy to park and the lady teaches so she must be good. I still had many eyelashes in from before and understand its difficult to work with someone elses job. After 20/30 mins of adding to what I already had there and 30 later they looked great.. not as full as I like but never the less I was happy. The next day I lost several lashes this happens sometimes I get that. When I paid for the infills I offered Molly the money upfront for my next appointment in 2 weeks for a full set 45 thinking this guarantees my much needed appointment. When I asked her if all went well ..could she do evenings (at the beginning of the enquiry) she said she could do Thursdays and would going forward for me being a regular. The first Thursday when booked I got a text in the morning saying she was unable to do my lashes that evening due to childcare issues. Fine! Ive got kids and know full well this happens. My issue is having taken my money I was not offered another appointment. She didnt answer my request to make one (possibly before Sunday as I I had a social commitment) I heard nothing all day! I then got a message that evening saying that she had replied but had not pressed send! (Okay well what did the message say??!!) again nothing! The next morning I asked her to send back my money.. another message saying she would do it that day. I waited all day and had to resort to finding her personal Facebook page to request my money back. Eventually I got it .. I cant believe someone can operate a small business like this. She takes a deposit (good practice) but wont offer a the same reliable relationship in return. Not a good experience .. sorry Molly Service: Hair extensions

I did a lash lift and tint training course. It was 1-1 which was perfect for me. Easy to find and easy parking and most importantly Molly was a very good trainer.

I got my lashes lifted here and wouldnt go anywhere else. Friendly and relaxing!

Thursday 29th Aug. I had my eyelashes done by Molly. Arriving home several fell out. 31st Aug 5 on my left eyelid fell out leaving a bald patch. I messaged Molly. She apologised asked if I slept on my left side. No I dont. That the last I heard. I have had to remove the lashes as I cant walk around with bald patches. I paid 55.00 for the pleasure of having lashes for 3 days. This is besides the money I was owed from the 17th march. When I had to pay 30.00. Had 2x 20 notes. Molly had no change. So she wrote in a book she owed me 10. So thats 65.00 wasted. I am not disappointed the lashes fell out. Things happen. But the attitude after. What if these lashes had been for a special occasion. Would have been right stuck. I cant recommend love lashes for the bad experience I have had.
