        Thank you Lloyds, you sorted my complaint out, so happy with the way they dealt with my complaint, they also helped me with overdraft fees during the pandemic by paying the fees back I don't think they're doing that now though, but what a wonderful bank over all to bank with they really do care about customer satisfaction, highly recommend!

        A nice clean small town three counter bank not far from the town centre with cash point out side. Always kept tidy & fresh. The staff are always friendly and helpful & although small there's never much of a wait. What more could you ask for?
