This was a much more pleasant experience than going to a main dealer, it was a lot more personal and no pushy sales, James was genuine and honest throughout and couldnt have done more to accommodate our requests.
I will definitely be coming back when it is time to replace the other family car.

(To clarify, and in response to the reply from Woodstock below, the V5C logbook should have been presented before being taken to the post office, whether it was a disabled transfer or not. Secondly, I did not ask or accuse 'Did you steal my car?' That is another lie. I stated that the way in which the transaction was carried out and the failure of its conductor to make return contact after the car was stolen roused suspicion, and it did. Lastly, the poor review is not a result of the car being stolen; it is a result of the way I was treated after my car was stolen and the general lack of professionalism of the sale. I only received an apology from Woodstock because they wanted me to take down this review, which I decided against.)
