        Roasts were fine. Burger was distinctly average. Service was ok..my biggest disappointment was that this was an 18th birthday treat for my son.. completely spoilt by an over officious manager who demanded to see hard copy of ID for my son. My son wasn't even buying a drink. It was my father and son bonding moment. Having a drink together on a lads 18th. Completely ruined by the manager who didn't allow him to have an alcoholic drink. I had photo of his driving licence but ohhh nooo... Not good enough! Tried to explain that he had a "local" policy! What happened to common sense and the fact that even a 16 yoa can have an alcoholic drink with a meal if bought by an adult. What a complete and utter joke. Unfortunately I won't be going again. You ruined my son's 18th. Also there's no policy on your website to your "local" decision. 2 stars and a letter of complaint inbound to the company.
