Station Inn

Very quiet so thought service would be good but wasnt. Ordered a lunch special gammon and had to pay extra for an over cooked pineapple ring which was actually bigger than the gammon which had a large fatty rind attached. That would have been ok but weighed down the piece of gammon so very little to actually eat. Ordered the dessert but when asked server to bring it out she said she hadnt heard me ask for one as she was busy fixing the order she had put through for me. Hadnt got a simple Carling, so opted for something else. Not a place to return to!

We have visited the Station a few of times over the last month for afternoon food and drinks. The staff are very pleasant and so helpful. The food has always been spot on. Defiantly recommend it to anyone. On some occasions we take the dog with us, which is welcomed by the staff. We will be back very soon.
