Used chapter a few years ago for my nans stairlift and received great service. Now my father in law requires one, I got straight on to chapter. I explained his circumstances and the response was amazing. Came out within the hour of my call, and the stairlift was fitted four hours later!!! Amazing customer service, Ivor was excellent. I purchased a stairlift from Chapter Living Solutions after they came highly recommended by our friends who had a stairlift fitted by them in March. From start to finish they have been a delight to deal with. The staff in the office are exceptionally polite and answered my list of questions without hesitation. The engineer who fitted the stairlift was a lovely chap and the installation of the stairlift took less than three hours to complete. He took the time to show both me and my Daughter how everything worked before taking us through a demonstration and test of the stairlift. I am over the moon with the end result and feel much safer in my own home! Thank you for my wonderful new stairlift!

Joe came and did the survey and quote, my elderly parents wanted to sign there and then but Joe informed them that Chapter insist that you have time to think about it and then you contact Chapter if you wish to go ahead. They love their new bathroom complete with walk-in bath. Joe phoned when he said he would and the workmen were wonderful with my parents nothing was too much trouble and they have done a brilliant job, very important to extremely houseproud people they didn't leave any mess. Joe then came back to inspect the work before my parents had to pay the balance. My parents decided to have another room done and it had to be Joe and his team from Chapter, they would not even consider anyone else as they feel very comfortable and safe with them which is extremely important for vulnerable people.
