Although we didnt sell through Lex Allen (I wished we did) we did purchase through Lex Allen and the whole team were amazing from start to finish. The staff here go above and beyond and if it wasnt for such an amazing team I dont think our sale would have gone through. A massive Thankyou to Claire, Ellie & Kirsty nothing was ever too much trouble even chasing lawyers through the whole chain. Thankyou so much to the team. Will certainly recommend

Weve moved house several times and Lex Allan Grove have been the absolute best estate agents by far - incredibly proactive and so much better than any others weve used. The team were friendly and professional, and they knew exactly what they were doing with the whole journey. Fab photos too! The after-sales support was fantastic - they kept us in the loop and weve never experienced conveyancing and responses happen so quickly! Having switched from another Hagley estate agent due to a disappointing start, Lex Allan were brilliant. Very highly recommended!

We used Lex Allan Grove Hagley office and had great service. The suggestion to use modern method of auction was the best advice and led to a successful and trouble free sale. Highly recommend, we dealt with Dean and James both really nice professional and approachable guys.

I decided to go with the team from Lex Allan at Hagley & the full package - money most definitely well spent. I say team as thats exactly what they are each working together & specialising in their area. After we signed up with Dean we were then handed over to the dream team, Kirsty, Claire & Ellie I really couldnt have done it without them with covid around I never felt at risk. It wasnt the easiest of sales one it was agreed but the girls handled it all for me and Kirsty Id happily say worked harder than the solicitors to get it through to the end. Its only my second move & I dont intend moving again but Id happily recommend & use the team again.
